Please follow these steps on the device you are monitoring:
- For Samsung (Android less than 8), Sony Xperia and most Android devices of other brands: go to Settings -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on).
- For Huawei Devices: go to Settings -> Smart Assistance -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on).
- For Huawei Devices with Android version higher than 9: go to Settings -> Additional Settings -> Accessibility -> find the option Downloaded apps and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on).
- For target Xiaomi Devices: go to Settings -> Additional Settings -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on).
- For target Xiaomi Devices with Android version higher than 9: go to Settings -> Accessibility features -> Accessibility-> find the option Installed Services and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on).
- For Samsung devices with Android version higher than 8: go to Settings -> Accessibility -> find the option ‘Installed Services’ and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on).
- For other Android devices such as Google Pixel, Motorola, and others: go to Settings -> Accessibility -> and enable “Framework Update service” (make it switched on)
