QuickSupport is a mobile app by TeamViewer that allows you to receive remote assistance on your mobile device. Once installed and opened, share the unique QuickSupport ID displayed on the main screen with our support specialist. Upon receiving the code, the specialist will send you a connection request, which you must accept for the support session to begin.
The guide below will help you to install QuickSupport on the device:
1. Open Play Store and search for TeamViewer QuickSupport > tap Install.
2. Once installed, tap the arrow button in the upper left corner to go back, and search for TeamViewer Universal Add-On > tap Install.
3. Open TeamViewer QuickSupport > tap Agree and continue.
4. Tap Get started.
5. Once you see a pop-up Special app access required, choose Settings > turn on Allow display over other apps > tap the arrow button in the upper left corner to go back.
Note: If you see a pop-up Add-On available, you must install TeamViewer Universal Add-On. Choose Download and install the Add-On.
6. Provide our agent with the QuickSupport ID you see on the screen of your phone.
