TeamViewer is a remote desktop access application. Our agents use it to connect and remotely set up the Eyezy desktop application on your Mac.
To install TeamViewer on your Mac computer, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/macos/, scroll down, and download TeamViewer Full Client.
2. Open the downloaded file.
3. Click Install TeamViewer twice.
4. Click Open.
5. Click I accept the EULA and the DPA, then Continue.
6. Click Allow to allow access to your Downloads folder.
7. Click Continue.
8. Click Install.
9. Click Use Password and enter the password to your computer.
10. Click Close.
11. In the upper left corner of your screen, click Help.
12. Select Check system access.
13. Click Set up Screen Recording.
14. Click Open System Settings.
15. Turn on TeamViewer.
16. Click Use Password and enter the password to your computer.
17. Click Later.
18. Click Set up Accessibility and follow the same steps to grant access to your mouse and keyboard.
19. Click Set up Full Disk Access and turn on TeamViewer.
Note: If you don’t see TeamViewer in the list, click + in the bottom left corner, then Applications, and then TeamViewer.
20. Once you have allowed full access, click Close.
21. Provide our agent with the TeamViewer ID and password you see on your screen.
