TeamViewer is a remote desktop access application. Our agents use it to connect and remotely set up the Eyezy desktop application on your Windows computer.
To install TeamViewer on your Windows computer, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/, scroll down, and download TeamViewer Full Client.
2. Open the downloaded file, select Default installation, and click Accept - next.
3. If a window pops up, click Yes to allow the app to make changes to your device.
4. Click I accept the EULA and the DPA, then Continue.
5. Provide our agent with the TeamViewer ID and password you see on your screen.
